Faith to believe God for the extraordinary would mark Duval Witter throughout his life and ministry. A native of Jamaica, Duval responded to an altar call and became a born-again Christian at the early age of 18. Several years later, Pastor Witter joined a local church in Brooklyn, where he worked diligently for the Lord and became devoted to transforming lives and building an end-time army of strong believers that will win souls to Jesus.  By the time he was 31; he was ordained as a minister by the Church of God in Christ and consumed with the call of God.

His life and Dedication to the Ministry

Pastor Witter is dedicated to transforming lives because God has changed his life. He is an extraordinary testimony of God’s saving grace. God saved him from a life of illiteracy and restored him with a host of biblical and secular knowledge. According to Pastor, “It is my desire that my testimony would be an inspiration to others to let them know that God desires to work through our lives to touch people with his love and grace.”

As a pastor, he has built a reputation for treating every individual with the utmost care and sincerity. He has developed a unique way of ministering with biblical relevance, humor, and illustrations. His warm and friendly personality makes people feel welcomed in every service. In addition to his work at No Limit Beulah, Pastor Witter has developed a phenomenal hospital ministry at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, where he extends the love, comfort, and compassion of Jesus Christ to those who are admitted to the hospital or confined in their homes for the purpose of physical healing.

Pastor Witter is happily married to our first lady Ermin Witter. Ermin, also a native of Jamaica, is a divine inspiration and immense asset to Little Beulah. She brings grace, love, wisdom, kindness, and inspiration to the ministry and the people whose lives she touches. In addition to her work at No Limit Beulah, Ermine is currently involved in the hospital ministry and outreach ministry.  Together Pastor Witter and Ermin have built a ministry that is committed to excellence and strengthening families.
