In late 1999, when God burned the call into his heart to build one of the greatest ministries in the nation, Pastor Duval Witter opened his home and formed No Limit Beulah Church of God in Christ. At that time, No Limit Beulah was located inside a small apartment in the heart of Brooklyn, New York.

“But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth (John 16:13).”

Under divine leadership, No Limit Beulah embarked on a passionate work for our Lord and Savior. Each week, No Limit Beulah reached out to both believers and unbelievers in Brooklyn, ministering the heart of God through evangelism, teaching, equipping, mentoring, and benevolence, and making a difference in the hearts of the people and the community at large. As a result, the church began to experience an intense season of growth and eventually moved to a larger accommodation, where you are seated today.

Under the tutelage and guidance of Pastor Witter, No Limit Beulah is devoted to building an end-time army of strong believers that will win souls to Jesus. According to Pastor Witter, “Our singular purpose here at No Limit Beulah is to save souls.” From its inception, No Limit Beulah has been seeking out and saving that which is lost, enabling our ministry to develop into an oasis of many ethnicities. And thus far, people’s lives have been transformed.
